Willow Smith Outselling Black Eyed Peas On UK ChartDecember 8, 2010
Willow Smith looks set to top this weekend's UK Singles chart with her debut release 'Whip My Hair'.
The nine-year-old singer, who is the daughter of actor Will Smith, is currently outselling nearest rival Black Eyed Peas. A number one will make Smith the youngest UK chart topper since Little Jimmy Osmond achieved the feat in 1972 with 'Long Haired Lover From Liverpool'. Meanwhile, on the album chart, Take That are on course to remain at number one with 'Progress', according to the Official Charts Company. The album has already spent three weeks at the top and has been tipped to remain at number one at Christmas. (by Jason Gregory) See also: Black Eyed Peas To Start Work On New Album (21.04.2011)
