Hayley Williams: Losing Paramore Members Was 'Not Fun'

February 1, 2011
Hayley Williams: Losing Paramore Members Was 'Not Fun'Paramore singer Hayley Williams has said the recent departure of Zac and Josh Zarro was “not fun”.

The brothers quit in December, with Josh Farro launching a wide-ranging attack against his former bandmates.

In an interview with the Associated Press, Williams said the split had been difficult but insisted that Paramore felt united again, and were looking forward to this month's Grammy Awards.

"Losing members is not a fun thing to go through, but I think that now we really feel unified," she said.

"We feel strong, and we're going to be stoked to represent Nashville and represent our band and our fans at the Grammys."

Meanwhile, Paramore are due to embark on a South American tour this month, with Josh Freese and Justin York standing in as temporary replacements.
