Roger Waters Promises Pink Floyd Reunion With David Gilmour On 'The Wall' TourJuly 16, 2010
Roger Waters has promised that former Pink Floyd bandmate David Gilmour will join him on his upcoming solo tour.
Waters is set to play the band’s classic album ‘The Wall’ in full on the jaunt, which arrives in the UK and Ireland next year. In a message to fans, he said that Gilmour had agreed to play ‘Comfortably Numb’ at one of the shows. It comes after the pair staged a surprise reunion at a charity gig earlier this month. “You could have knocked me down with a feather,” Waters wrote on Facebook. “How ****ing cool! I was blown away. How could I refuse such an offer.” He added that Gilmour would decide “in due course” what gig he wanted to appear at, and that it would be a surprise.
