Eels, Bombay Bicycle Club Join Line-Up For Latitude Festival 2011 - TicketsMarch 29, 2011 Eels and Bombay Bicycle Club have been added to the line-up for this year's Latitude festival in Suffolk, it's been announced. The National, Paolo Nutini and Suede will headline the festival which will also include Foals, Bright Eyes and comedian Dave Gorman.
