Duffy has denied reports that claimed she was the love-child of Welsh singer Tom Jones.

Fans in America apparently believe that the singer must be related to Sir Tom because she has a powerful voice.

"I’m dealing with this every day here. It’s kind of bizarre. You’ve got to laugh,” she told the Sun newspaper.

The further dispel the rumours Duffy revealed that her father, John, runs a bar in the singer's hometown in North Wales.
