Paltrow, the wife of Coldplay's Chris Martin, performs Adele's 'Turning Tables' as the character Holly Holliday during new episode 'A Night Of Neglect', reports Entertainment Weekly.

Paltrow has previously performed Cee-Lo Green's 'Forget You' and 'Landslide'.

Adele has said that Glee is "a really important show - funny, but quite serious too."

The episode, entitled "A Night Of Neglect', will air in the US next week (April 19).

Meanwhile, Gwyneth Paltrow has come under fire after she covered a song by convicted paedophile Gary Glitter during an appearance on the hit US TV show, Glee.
