Paul Simon has announced details of his new album 'So Beautiful Or So What'.

The album, produced by Simon and Phil Ramone, is released on June 13 and is the singer's 12th solo studio album.

Simon said that compared to his previously releases guitar had been the main influence for the album.

Meanwhile, the singer has also announced details of a UK tour, which is due to take place at venues across the country throughout June and July.

Tickets are on sale now.
