Chris Brown reacted violently during recent questioning over former girlfriend Rihanna, it has been reported.

The singer was appearing on US talk show 'Good Morning America' when he was quizzed about his 2009 arrest and assault on Rihanna.

Brown stormed off the set after the interview where he screamed at staff and threw a chair through his dressing room window, reports TMZ.

A source told the website that the singer was 'out of control' and that he: "smashed a window in his dressing room and the glass shattered and some shards fell onto 43rd and Broadway."

Brown was convicted of assaulting Rihanna following an incident shortly before the 2009 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, Rihanna has said that former boyfriend Chris Brown's assault had some positive outcomes.
