The Monkees have reformed and are set to embark on their first UK tour in 12 years.

The 60s group, whose hits include 'Daydream Believer' and 'Last Train To Clarksville', will play eleven dates in May.

The tour kicks off at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on May 12 and includes shows in Newcastle (15) and Birmingham (21), before concluding at Nottingham's Royal Centre on May 25.

Tickets go on sale on Friday (February 25) at 9am.
