T.I. Jailed For 11 Months For Probation ViolationOctober 17, 2010
T.I. has been jailed for 11 months after he violated the terms of his probation.
The rapper, who was on probation after being freed from jail for federal weapons charges, was arrested last month in Los Angeles for cocaine possession. Appearing in court on Friday (October 15), T.I. had his probation revoked and was told that he must voluntarily surrender. The rapper begged the judge not to jail him, admitting that he had “screwed up”, reports that Associated Press. His imprisonment comes just days after T.I. helped police talk a man out of jumping off a building in Atlanta. He denied his rescue was part of a publicity stunt. (by Jason Gregory) See also: T.I.
