Reverend and the Makers frontman Jon McClure has leaked an anti-BNP song in response to the far right political party gaining two seats at the European elections. Titled 'Manifesto - The People Shaper', McClure explained on Twitter that the track was written after he allegedly received death threats from “BNP nutters” after criticizing the party. Read more >>

Depeche Mode restarted their world tour in Germany last night following Dave Gahan's operation to have a tumour removed from his bladder. The band were forced to scrap or postpone a total of 12 shows after Gahan was taken ill at the beginning of May. Read more >>
Kenny Rankin, a former guitarist for Bob Dylan, has passed away at the age of 69. Rankin died of complications relating to lung cancer. He had been taken ill just a matter of weeks ago, his record label said. Read more >>
