Snoop Dogg has revealed that he plans to teach David Beckham how to rap.

The hip-hop star said he wanted to help the footballer to pay him back for showing his children how to play soccer.

“Beckham and I go way back. He’s like a brother. I’m gonna show him to rap, for shizzle,” Snoop Dogg told the Daily Mirror.

“He’s my boy. He was terrific with my kids and they had a great time as he taught them how to shoot and score the perfect goal.”

The rapper added: “Be on the lookout for more of that in 2010 – we got more for yo ass. We’ve spoken, yeah, it’s gonna be huge. Huge. I love soccer just as he loves hip-hop.”

Snoop Dogg also reinforced his plans to work on material with Susan Boyle, saying he had been “tryin’ to holla at tha home girl”.

The rapper also said it was also time to “get down” with U2 frontman Bono.
