The National Announce New Album Tracklisting, Release DateMarch 15, 2010
The National have revealed that their new album 'High Violet' will be released on May 10.
The group's follow-up to 2007's 'Boxer' was recorded at their own studio in Brooklyn, with further mixing taking place in Connecticut. The sculpture on cover art (pictured, right) was created by Mark Fox and is entitled The Binding Force. As previously reported, The National will play two dates in London in May. The tracklisting for 'High Violet' is:
