Michael Jackson's suspected secret son would be welcomed into the singer's family if it is proved the singer is his father, Jermaine Jackson has said.

Omer Bhatti, 25, is reported to want a DNA test amid reports Jackson had told friends he was born following a one-night stand in Oslo in 1984.

As reported yesterday, Bhatti's attendance at Jackson's recent memorial service has increased speculation that he is related to the late singer.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Jermaine said: "If Omer's his son, he's his son. We won't deny it.

“We are going to give him the same amount of love and care that we give Prince and Paris and Blanket. I can't clearly say if he is Michael's but I saw this kid around him.”

Bhatti, a dancer, is believed to have first met the singer in 1996 and also once lived at Jackson's former Neverland home.

During this time he developed a close relationship with Jackson's other family members, the newspaper claimed yesterday.

Meanwhile, drugs agents and LA police raided the Houston office of Jackson's former doctor yesterday as part of their investigation into the singer's death.
