Eminem's brother, Nathan Mathers, has been arrested for drunk driving in his home city of Detroit.

Mathers, who is also a rapper and performs under the moniker of Nathan Kane, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and will appear in court on May 7.

He was arrested in the suburb of Michican city and was released on a personal bond ahead of the court hearing according to clickdetroit.com.

Police were apparently alerted to the rapper's drunk driving when he failed to pulled over for an ambulance.

After failing a sobriety test, a blood sample was taken which revealed that Mathers was twice the legal limit.
