Bruce Springsteen, Beastie Boys, Phish To Headline Bonnaroo FestivalFebruary 3, 2009
Bruce Springsteen, Beastie Boys and the recently reunited Phish are to headline this year's Bonnaroo festival.
Snoop Dogg, Nine Inch Nails, Elvis Costello and Al Green will also perform at the event in Manchester, Tennessee, which takes place from June 11th-14th. Wilco, TV on the Radio, David Byrne and Animal Collective will also appear. The announcement comes amid strong rumours that Springsteen is to headline this summer's Glastonbury Festival in England. The veteran singer, who has enjoyed a new wave of popularity over recent months, rocked the Super Bowl half-time show last Sunday (February 1st). More than 120 bands and 20 comedians are expected to perform over thirteen stages at Bonnaroo in June.
