Kings Of Leon Receive Highest U.S. Debut EverOctober 2, 2008
Kings of Leon have hit the U.S. Billboard charts at #4 and #1 on the Billboard Digital Singles charts with their latest release ‘Only By The Night’.
Selling a total of 74,535 records in their first week, this marks the band’s highest debut ever in their native country. The band is also performing strongly on U.S. radio, with their single ‘Sex On Fire’ becoming one of the biggest gaining songs on the Modern Rock charts and slowly closing in on the Top 10. Meanwhile, the band have already topped the UK charts, becoming the second fastest selling album of the week in its first week.
