TV On The Radio's Dave Sitek To Feature On New Jane's Addiction AlbumJanuary 4, 2011
TV On The Radio's Dave Sitek will feature on the new Jane's Addiction album.
The follow-up to 2003's 'Strays', set for release this summer, will see Sitek contribute on bass and writing, Spinner reports. Sitek steps in for former Guns 'N' Roses bass player Duff McKagan, who left the band last year after "creative differences". "Dave [Navarro], Steve [Perkins] and I are fully immersed in the process of making modern music. It has been a great experience thus far, and the results have so much potential," frontman Perry Farrell said in a statement. Meanwhile, Dave Sitek's side-project Maximum Balloon released their self-titled debut album last August. (by Holly Frith) See also: TV On The Radio Announce One-Off UK Gig (29.03.2011)
