The Strokes To Knock Adele Off Number One Spot With 'Angles'?March 24, 2011
The Strokes new album 'Angles' could bet set to knock Adele off the top spot.
According to official midweek figures The Strokes' 'Angles' is currently at number two in the UK album chart. The album, released on Monday (March 21), is behind Adele's '21' which has spent eight weeks in the number one spot. Elsewhere, on the singles countdown, Adele's 'Somebody Like You' slipped to number two on the UK Chart as former Pussycat Dolls' Nicole Scherzinger's 'Don't Hold Your Breath' debuted at number one.
