Boy George To Write Culture Club Album With Mark Ronson

February 24, 2011
Boy George To Write Culture Club Album With Mark RonsonBoy George has revealed that he plans to write songs for Culture Club's new album alongside Mark Ronson.

The singer, who appeared on Ronson's recent album 'Record Collection', said Ronson had an “innate ability” to know what works.

He told the Hollywood Reporter: "Well, we've talked about Mark maybe writing with Culture Club. I'm not sure whether it will be production as well, but certainly I'd like to do more stuff with Mark.

"Doing gigs with Mark and a track on his album has been a really wonderful experience for me. Mark came along at a perfect time. It's kind of exciting to put records out again."

Boy George announced in January that Culture Club planned to reunite in 2012 to coincide with their 30th anniversary.

As well as a new album, the reunion will also include a huge worldwide tour.
