Vampire Weekend, Broken Bells Cancel Eden Sessions GigJune 17, 2010
Vampire Weekend have been forced to cancel their Eden Sessions gig in Cornwall later this month.
The band were set to perform alongside Broken Bells at the Eden Project on June 24. In a statement, organisers said: “Regrettably we have to announce that Vampire Weekend and Broken Bells' appearance at this year's Eden Sessions, scheduled for June 24, has been cancelled.” There was no further explanation as to why the gig was scrapped. Refunds are available from point of purchase. Mika, Calvin Harris, Doves and Paolo Nutini are among the other artists scheduled to take part in the Eden Sessions this summer.
