George Michael Says It Won't Rain At Royal WeddingApril 28, 2011
George Michael has said he is confident it won't rain at the Royal Wedding tomorrow (April 29).
Weather forecasters have predicated the possibility of heavy showers as Prince William and Kate Middleton tie the knot at Westminster Abbey in London. But Michael said he was sure any showers would stay away during a brief appearance on BBC Radio 5 Live. Asked about the ceremony, Michael replied: "Yeah, I think it's great, and I'm predicting it will not rain tomorrow." Earlier this month, Michael released a cover of Stevie Wonder’s ‘You And I’ as a “gift” for Prince William and his bride-to-be. The former Wham! star said Wonder had waived the rights so the song to be downloaded for free. (by Jason Gregory) See also: George Michael To Announce New Tour? (22.03.2011)
