Tom Clarke Says The Enemy Are Better Than Keane

September 22, 2009
Tom Clarke Says The Enemy Are Better Than KeaneThe Enemy's Tom Clarke has launched a verbal attack on Keane saying the trio are not as good as his band.

In a seemingly unprovoked outburst the mini singer said “I was with a mate in a restaurant recently. When Keane came on he made the manager turn it off because it was affecting his digestion.”.

In an odd battle for supremacy Clarke believes his set at this years V Festival was better than Keane's too as he stated, “"I like playing before bands that aren't as good as us. It gives you a bit of a buzz - especially after our storming performance at V”

The Coventry based miser went on to say that Keane's hit single 'Spiralling' sounds like the Byker Grove theme tune.
