Mike Skinner Officially Retires The StreetsMike Skinner has retired The Streets, according to a post on the band's website.

The Birmingham born rapper placed a photo of a 'Closed' sign hanging in a window on the-streets.co.uk this morning (February 7).

The announcement coincides with the release today of the band's fifth and final album 'Computers And Blues'.

Meanwhile, The Streets are still scheduled to embark on a final UK tour, starting at the Picture House in Edinburgh on February 18 and concluding at Brixton Academy in London on March 5.

Tickets go on sale now.
