Nine Inch Nails Apologise For Axed Gigs, Announce Rescheduled DatesSeptember 8, 2009
Nine Inch Nails have apologised to fans after they were forced to cancel two dates in Los Angeles because of illness.
One of the two dates, at the Wiltern Theatre last Saturday, was meant to mark the band's last ever show. But they were postponed after frontman Trent Reznor developed a reported clogged ear during a flight from Chicago to Los Angeles. In a statement on Nine Inch Nails' website, Reznor said: “Sorry about the hassles with the show not happening last night and tomorrow's rescheduling. “If it would have been possible to pull these off, I would have.” The rescheduled shows will now take place tonight (September 8) at the Henry Fonda and on Thursday (September 10) at The Wiltern.
