Take That Extend 2011 UK Tour With Four New DatesDecember 7, 2010
Take That have extended their much-anticipated UK stadium tour, which is due to take place next year.
The band will now play an additional four shows, including two more gigs at Sunderland's Stadium Of Light on May 27 and 28. The band, who will be performing with Robbie Williams, have also added an extra show at the City of Manchester Stadium on June 12 and London's Wembley Stadium on July 4. Meanwhile, Take That have been forced to re-schedule their their July 3 date at Wembley Stadium to June 30 in order to accommodate the extra gig. “We are really sorry to have to move the dates in London but we’d heard that there was a lot of disappointment from those not being able get tickets and this was the only way that we could fit in another show,” the band said in a statement. “We hope everyone understands and look forward to seeing you all next year.” Tickets for Take That's new dates go on sale on Friday (December 10) at 10am.
