The Beatles' 'Yesterday' Piano Set To Sell For 125,000 PoundsMarch 1, 2011
The piano used by The Beatles to write 'Yesterday' is being sold at auction.
The 1926 art deco mini piano is estimated to sell for over 125,000 pounds when it goes up for auction next month in London, reports The Mirror. The piano, kept by Sandra Cogan, will be sold at the Drury Lane Theatre, Central London on 14 April. As previously reported, the white suit worn by John Lennon on the cover of The Beatles’ ‘Abbey Road' recently sold at auction for 46,000 dollars.
