Katy Perry, Kanye West Perform 'ET' On American Idol

Katy Perry was joined by Kanye West as they perform on American Idol last night (April 21).

The pair performed their recent US number one hit 'E.T.' for the first time live on the Idol results show - you can watch it below now.

Perry wore an eye-catching bodysuit complete with pink L.E.D lights for the performance, while West arrived completed with a fur overlay on his leather jacket.

It marked his first performance since headlining last weekend's Coachella Festival in California.

Both stars have previously appeared on America Idol.

The programme saw Stefano Langone eliminated from the competition.
