Slipknot Bassist Paul Gray Found Dead Aged 38

Slipknot bassist Paul Gray has been found dead in a hotel in Des Moines, Iowa.

The 38-year-old’s body was discovered by an employee at the Town Plaza Hotel yesterday (May 24).

Foul play is not suspected and an autopsy is due to be carried out today (May 25), according to the Associated Press.

Gray was one of the original members of the band, which formed in Des Moines in 1995.

Slipknot’s last studio album ‘All Hope Is Gone’ was released in 2008.
