Led Zeppelin 'Sued For Copyright Infringement'June 30, 2010
Led Zeppelin have been sued by a folk singer who claims their hit 'Dazed And Confused' is a copy of one of his songs.
Jake Holmes claims the track, released in 1969, sounds similar to his 1967 song of the same name. Gossip blog TMZ reports that Holmes has filed a federal lawsuit against Led Zeppelin's guitarist and the song's writer Jimmy Page. Court papers show that due to limitations the folk singer is only able to sue Page for Damages from the last three years. Led Zeppelin or Page have yet to respond to the claim.
