The National Announce Winter UK Tour

The National have announced details of a UK tour, which gets underway in Bristol on November 24.

The US band, whose new album ‘High Violet’ was released this week, will also play gigs in Coventry (November 25) and Glasgow (26).

The five-date jaunt is set to conclude at the Brixton Academy in London on December 1.

Tickets for the tour go on sale on Friday (May 14) at 9am.

The National’s UK tour dates are:

• Bristol, Academy - November 24
• Coventry, Warwick Arts Centre - 25
• Glasgow, Academy - 26
• Manchester, Academy - 27
• London, Brixton Academy - December 1
