Louis Walsh 'Committed' To Jedward After Twins Are Dropped By Record LabelMarch 16, 2010
Louis Walsh says he's “completely committed” to managing John and Edward after they were dropped by record label.
Sony are understood to have let the 18-year-old Irish twins go following poor sales for their debut single, 'Under Pressure', which featured Vanilla Ice. However, Walsh, who also manages Boyzone and Westlife, said he was confident they could find a new home. “I'm completely committed to Jedward and I know they still have a great career ahead of them,” he told The Sun. “The boys have a sell-out tour in Ireland that they start straight after The X Factor Tour in April and I am in talks with a major record label about a new deal for them.” Jedward initially found fame last year following their appearance on The X Factor.
