Rihanna Sued Over Raunchy 'S&M' Images In Video

Rihanna is being sued by a photographer over images used in her 'S&M' video.

The singer, whose new single 'S&M' has caused endless amounts of controversy, is now being sued by celebrity photographer David LaChapelle, reports Entertainment Weekly.

The suit filed by LaChapelle states that "the music video is directly derived from and substantially similar to the LaChapelle works".

The suit also claims that Rihanna has copied aspects of his work including "composition, total concept, feel, tone, mood, theme, colours, props, settings, decors, wardrobe and lighting of his work".

Rihanna has not yet issued a statement in response to the lawsuit.

Meanwhile, Rihanna could cancel her performance of 'S&M' at the Brit Awards tonight (February 15), it has been reported.
