Radiohead Release Official Bootleg DVD Of Haiti GigJanuary 10, 2011
Radiohead have allowed their fans to release an official bootleg of a special charity gig last year.
The band performed at the Henry Fonda Theatre in Hollywood last January to help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. No official recording was made of the gig, but some of the band's fans spent the last year creating a bootleg from footage shot by members of the audience. In a message on their official website, Radiohead's Colin Greenwood posted a link to the DVD and said the gig was a “brilliant night”. You can download the DVD, Radiohead For Haiti, now from inez4bears.blogspot.com. Oxfam American have also created a donation page with proceeds going towards the charity's continued relief efforts in the country.
