Bret Michaels Wins Celebrity Apprentice After Brain Haemorrhage And StrokeMay 24, 2010
Poison frontman Bret Michaels has won Celebrity Apprentice just weeks after suffering a brain haemorrhage and a stroke.
The singer won $250,000 for the American Diabetes Association in the live final of the US TV show on Sunday (May 23). His triumph comes just days after Michaels was admitted to hospital after suffering a “minor stroke”. The stroke was not thought to have been related to the haemorrhage the singer suffered in April. Host and businessman Donald Trump praised the star’s "amazing" creativity and imagination. (by Jason Gregory) See also: Poison's Bret Michaels Suffers 'Warning Stroke' (21.05.2010)
