Liam Gallagher's Beady Eye Announce 2011 UK TourNovember 23, 2010
Beady Eye, the new band of former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, have announced details of their first UK tour.
The band, which also includes Oasis's Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Chris Sharrock, will play six dates in three different cities next March. The shows will be a “first taster” of the band's forthcoming debut album, a statement said. The tour kicks off with two shows at Glasgow's Barrowlands on March 3 and 4, followed by two gigs at the Apollo in Manchester on March 6 and 7. It concludes with two London dates at the Troxy on March 9 and 10. Beady Eye will be joined on the jaunt by Matt Jones on keyboards and bassist Jeff Wootton. Tickets go on sale on Friday (November 26) at 10am. Beady Eye's 2011 UK tour dates are:
