Gruff Rhys Announces New Solo Album, UK And Ireland TourSuper Furry Animals frontman Gruff Rhys has announced plans to release a new solo album.

The singer's third solo effort, which is currently untitled, is due to be released in February 2011.

The first song of the record, 'Shark Ridden Waters', is available to download now from www.gruffrhys.com and will also be available on 12” vinyl from November 8.

Meanwhile, Rhys has announced details of a short UK and Ireland tour, set to take place next month.

Tickets are on sale now.
