My Chemical Romance Play Wembley Stadium Before 49ers Beat BroncosNovember 1, 2010
My Chemical Romance performed at London's Wembley Stadium on Sunday (October 31) ahead of the NFL clash between the San Francisco 49ers and the Denver Broncos.
The band, fronted by Gerard Way, played new single 'Na Na Na' on a specially constructed stage on the pitch. Accompanied by the 49er's Niners Nation band and cheerleaders, My Chemical Romance also performed a special version of 'The Black Parade'. The band, who recently played a brief UK tour, release new album 'Danger Days: Last Of The Fabulous Killjoys' this month. Meanwhile, the 49ers won yesterday's game 24-16, despite a slow start at a sold-out Wembley. The defeat means the Broncos are now without a win in four games and sit bottom of the AFC West table.
