My Chemical Romance To Play Wembley Stadium NFL GigOctober 11, 2010
My Chemical Romance will perform at London’s Wembley Stadium later this month, it’s been announced.
The band will provide the official pre-game entertainment before the NFL clash between the San Francisco 49ers and the Denver Broncos on October 31. Their performance will include forthcoming single 'Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)'. Singer Gerard Way said: “Performing to 85,000 fellow NFL fans will be one of the highlights of our European tour – we’re thrilled to be playing to such a huge crowd in such an iconic venue.” Alistair Kirkwood, Managing Director of NFL UK said: “We can’t think of a better way to get the crowd in the mood for the big game.” My Chemical Romance release their new album ‘Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys’ in November.
