Robert Pattinson: 'I Want To Release A Record In 2011'March 11, 2010
Twilight star Robert Pattinson has said he wants to release an album in 2011, according to reports.
The 23-year-old British actor, who has previously spoken about his interest in music, is currently writing the record. "I want to do one at the end of the year,” he told The Sun newspaper. “All my friends are recording albums and I'm very annoyed about it." In January, it was claimed that a bidding war had ignited between several major record labels to sign Pattinson. The actor's first foray into music came in 2008 when he contributed two songs to the score for the original Twilight movie. But his plans to launch his music career sooner have so far been blighted by a busy work schedule, which includes upcoming movie Remember Me. "I don't know how people can act and also sing,” he said. “I'll find some time to do it.” (by Jason Gregory) See also: Robert Pattinson 'Starts Recording Debut Album' (22.09.2010)
