Lenny Kravitz Was Rushed to an Emergency RoomFebruary 13, 2008
Lenny Kravitz was rushed to an emergency room in Miami on Monday, suffering from severe bronchitis.
Since mid-January, Kravitz, 43, had been struggling with a series of severe respiratory-tract infections and the flu, which evolved into bronchitis, according to Reuters. "Due to extreme dehydration and fatigue, doctors were unable to control it with outpatient treatment and advised the singer to check into the hospital," his spokesperson said. The hospitalization forced Kravitz to call off a planned European promotional tour for his just-released album, It Is Time for a Love Revolution.
