Original Limp Bizkit Line Up Set To ReformFebruary 12, 2009
The original Limp Bizkit line up have announced plans to reform after an eight year hiatus.
Fred Durst, Wes Borland, Sam Rivers, John Otto, and DJ Lethal are planning a new album and world tour, which will begin with festivals in Europe this Spring. In a statement about their return the band said: "We decided we were more disgusted and bored with the state of heavy popular music than we were with each other. “Regardless of where our separate paths have taken us, we recognize there is a powerful and unique energy with this particular group of people we have not found anywhere else. This is why Limp Bizkit is back." The live dates are so far set to take in Russia, Ukraine and several Baltic countries alongside appearances at Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park in Germany. More details of the band's first album since 2000 are yet to be announced. (by Daniel Melia) See also: Lil' Wayne Records Rap For New Limp Bizkit Album (15.03.2011)
