Horace Andy On Massive Attack's New AlbumApril 21, 2008
Reggae legend Horace Andy has revealed he’s collaborated with Massive Attack on three tracks for their new album.
The ‘Skylarking’ singer – who has worked with Massive Attack throughout their career – will also join the trip-hoppers when they tour this summer, as well as appearing with them at June’s Meltdown festival, which they’re curating. Andy tells the BBC, “They send the lyrics for me to learn, I've done three tracks. I never know what they are going to choose, I am supposed to be going up to Bristol very soon. "They send me lyrics, I go up and we vibes you know? They play and I get the melody and 3D will give me the lyrics and I will get a really wicked melody and sing the lyrics, and they go and work around it."
