Lady Gaga Storms UK Charts With 'Born This Way'February 13, 2011
![]() The song, taken from the singer’s forthcoming album of the same name, was only released digitally at 2pm (GMT) on Friday (February 11). In a strong week for single sales, Jessie J held onto the number one spot with the B.o.B–featuring single ‘Price Tag’, while Chipmunk was a new entry at number two with ‘Champion’. Both tracks sold over 90,000 singles each. There are no other new entries in this week’s top-10, according to the Official Charts Company. Meanwhile, in the album countdown, Adele held onto the number one spot for a third week with ‘21’, selling over 130,000 copies. The Streets were a new entry at number eight with their fifth and final album ‘Computer And Blues’, while James Blake’s self-titled debut charted at number nine. Take That were a re-entry at number ten with ‘Progress’. Their former number one is expected to receive a further sales boost next week when they appear at the BRIT Awards in London.
