Lily Allen Slams Kanye West Over Abortion Tweet

February 25, 2011
Lily Allen Slams Kanye West Over Abortion TweetLily Allen has said she was left in a “bad mood” after Kanye West posted a message about abortion on Twitter.

Allen, who has suffered two miscarriages, took offence after the rapper claimed that some women got pregnant on purpose.

“An abortion can cost a ballin' **** up to 50gs maybe a 100,” West wrote”. “Gold diggin' bitches be getting pregnant on purpose. #STRAPUP my ****s!”

Allen re-tweeted West's message, and then wrote: “Never has a tweet put me in such a bad mood. This is wrong on so many levels.”

West did no respond to the singer's comment on his tweet.

Allen lost her second baby and first with her fiancé Sam Cooper last October. In January 2008, the star lost a baby with then-boyfriend, Ed Simons of The Chemical Brothers.
