February 8, 2011
Elton John, Paul Simon To Present Awards At The Rock And Roll Hall Of FameElton John and Paul Simon will present awards at The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, it has been announced.

Elton John will present an award to Leon Russell who he collaborated with on the album 'The Union' last year, Canadian Press reports.

Paul Simon will be inducting Neil Diamond into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame.

Other musicians shortlisted included Beastie Boys, Bon Jovi, Donna Summer and LL Cool J. The ceremony is scheduled to take place in New York on March 14.

The Stooges, Abba and Genesis were all welcomed into the Hall of Fame last year.
