The Vaccines Cancel UK Gig, Eurosonic Festival Appearance

January 12, 2011
The Vaccines Cancel UK Gig, Eurosonic Festival AppearanceThe Vaccines have been forced to cancel a gig in Tunbridge Wells, Kent tonight (January 12) due to illness.

In a statement, the band's record label said singer Justin Young had undergone a minor throat operation last week and has been ordered to recuperate for a further week.

As a result, the band have also cancelled their appearance at the Eurosonic festival in Groningen, Holland on Friday (January 13).

The gig in Tunbridge Wells will now take place on February 21. Original tickets remain valid.

The Vaccines release their debut album 'What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?' on March 21.
