September 15, 2010
Linkin Park, Interpol Set For High UK Album Chart EntriesNew albums from Linkin Park and Interpol are expected to crack the top-10 on the UK album chart this weekend.

The US rock band's new album 'A Thousand Suns' is currently battling The Script's 'Science and Faith' for the top spot.

The Irish band are currently around 4000 copies ahead of Linkin Park. New albums from Robert Plant and Phil Collins are also on course for top-5 debuts.

Interpol's self-titled fourth album is expected to chart inside the top-10 alongside Grinderman's new release 'Grinderman 2'.

New albums from Underworld, Royksopp and Robyn are on course to make the top-30, according to the Official Charts Company.

Meanwhile, former X Factor winner Alexandra Burke is set to remain at number one with her latest single 'Start Without You'.
