Snow Patrol Side-Project Team Up With This Is England Star For Debut VideoTired Pony, the side-project of Snow Patrol's Gary Lightbody, have unveiled the video for their debut single 'Dead American Writers'.

The clip features a guest appearance from English actor and star of This Is England and Emmerdale, Joe Gilgun.

'Dead American Writers', released on July 5, is the first single to be taken from Tired Pony's debut album 'The Place We Ran From'.

As well as Lightbody, the group's members also include REM’s Peter Buck and Richard Colburn of Belle & Sebastian.

'The Place We Ran From' is released on July 12. You can watch the video for the single below.
