Foals To Play One-Off Gig With London Chamber Orchestra

June 29, 2010
Foals To Play One-Off Gig With London Chamber OrchestraFoals are set to play a one-off gig with the London Chamber Orchestra, singer Yannis Philippakis has revealed.

The band are aiming to rework their second album 'Total Life Forever' at the concert later this year.

Philippakis told BBC Newsbeat that the gig, which he described as a “really exciting” prospect, would likely take place at the Barbican.

Asked about the orchestra, Philappakis said: "They're super young and fresh-faced and modern.”

Foals were amonst the performers at the Glastonbury festival last weekend.
